Hotel Policies

  • Check in Time - 4 pm
  • Check out Time - 11 am
  • Quiet Hours - 10pm - 8am
  • Keyless Entry - Check in with your mobile device by downloading the “OPENKEY” app. See home page for details.
  • Housekeeping Policy - Guests staying two to six nights will receive daily lite cleans. Guests staying for extended periods of seven nights or more will receive one full deep clean per week.

    • Lite Clean = Trash removal, vacuum and refreshed towels if needed.
    • Full Deep Clean = Lite clean plus change of bed linen and terry, dusting, mopping, shower/tub and entire bathroom clean
  • Special Requests - If you need extra blankets, towels, pillows, etc. please call 701-828-3164 and leave a message.
  • Telephones - Please know that we do not have telephones available in any of the rooms.
  • Emergency - In case medical emergencies please use your mobile device to dial 911.
  • Payments - All rooms including weekly and monthly stays must be paid in advance and are nonrefundable, even if you are an early departure.
  • Non-Smoking - We are a 100% non-smoking property. All smoking must occur outside, at least 20 feet from your guest room door. Any and all violations will result in a $250 charge per occurrence.
  • Pets - We are Dog Friendly for responsible owners. Dogs are allowed in certain rooms only and must be disclosed to the manager at check in. You must complete a pet form and pay the pet fee prior to allowing a pet in your room. Any violations will result in a charge of $250 per occurrence.
  • Security Surveillance – Video cameras are recording premises 24 hours / day.
